Here is My Interpretation of the Indian Sandstone Pavers Made From Kandla Grey

It's now time to write a review on the Indian sandstone paving slabs known as Kandla Grey! Sincerely, I had assumed that I would have finished a garden project with these natural stone slabs long ago. Still, for some reason, our new customers continued requesting the paving slabs that I had already used and evaluated.

However, even though this is our first time laying them ourselves, I'd say that the Kandla Grey Indian sandstone patio slabs are the most well-liked type of paving slabs we've seen. This is not to imply that they aren't popular. I recognize your question: How is it even conceivable? But most sandstone patios have been finished utilizing the Kandla Grey in the majority of garden projects that we work on where we aren't touching their existing patios. Simply put, we get requests for anything when installing a new patio! Even with this project, we laid the Kandla Grey to complement the customer's existing patio at the front of the yard, where we later constructed a long path and patio area.

I won't go into great detail regarding the color since these natural stone paving slabs are called Kandla Grey! While they maintain regular shades of silver/grey, each paving slab is unique from the next because they are a natural stone. This comprises the various colors and tones of grey as well as each block's distinctive riven surface/pattern. Naturally, all patio slabs made of natural stone have this problem.

The Kandla Grey is available in several pack options, just like most Indian sandstone paving. The pavement slabs we laid here are from the option for a mixed-size patio pack, which comes with 4 different-sized paving slabs. These comprise the 600x600mm (big squares), 290x600mm (small rectangles), and 290x290mm (small squares), which, when laid out, produce a wonderful jigsaw effect.

Is the Indian Sandstone Pavement in Kandla Grey a Good Value?

The client had an old Kandla Grey patio that had been in the garden for a while after being removed after being down for a few years. I'm not sure of the details, but they required reconnecting an existing patio, and new paving slabs were bought because the new landscaping business wouldn't use the old ones for some reason. We acquired 1 pallet of brand-new Kandla Grey paving stones for this landscaping project and relayed the old ones to save money.

These Kandla Grey slabs were laid, lifted, and re-laid without breaks. Both the new ones and the old ones have equal strength.

How Simple is It to Install Kandla Grey Indian Sandstone Paving Slabs?

Since certain natural stone paving slabs have such severely uneven surfaces, it can be nearly impossible to maintain a smooth edge between patio slabs. We've had some horrible situations over the years, and installing them has been a nightmare. The Kandla Grey, however, is not one of these.

I recall that out of 66 paving slabs on a whole pallet, only 5 or 6 had uneven surfaces that would have been challenging to work with. We only used these as path or patio end slabs because there were few. Even though we are very detailed when deciding which slab should be laid next, if you look at the image above—or any of the others, for that matter—you will notice that there are no noticeable steps between the patio slabs. If one corner has a dip, look for another corner and match the two.

What Do You Think of the Appearance of the Kandla Grey Natural Sandstone Patio Slabs?

What could I write about the appearance of the Grey pavement slab? However, natural paving differs significantly from conventional grey concrete slabs; as a result, they cannot reasonably be compared.

The natural Kandla Grey sandstone has various silver and grey tones, making each slab stand out from the next, unlike concrete slabs. Additionally, the riven surfaces have distinctive patterns. Once installed, these Indian sandstone pavement slabs in Kandla Grey are anything from dull. They look fantastic and quite contemporary.
